A Little Bit About Me
I am a fully insured, respectful and qualified trauma informed Person-Centred counsellor / therapist, who is passionate about supporting you, whilst exploring any issues together that may be confusing or troubling you. I am able to work on an individual basis or with couples. I love what I do and I deeply believe in working with the 'whole' person, rather than a 'label', so through talking, we are able to discuss your emotions and feelings and what is going on in your life and whether there is anything that you would like to further understand, change or achieve.
"You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step"
Martin Luther King
I currently provide both long and short-term talking therapy sessions to over 18’s, whereby I see clients either face to face in Talbot Green, online via Zoom or telephone therapy, which all allow for maximum flexibility and accessibility when booking an appointment.
I completely understand and acknowledge that making contact with a counsellor for the first time can be overwhelming and possibly difficult for you, therefore, if you wish to discuss this aspect and likewise how counselling would be beneficial for you, then please contact me in the way your most comfortable with.
It’s extremely important that you find the right therapist that fits your specific needs, who can support you in reaching any potential goals, wants or needs you may have. Therefore, I like to offer all potential clients an initial free 15 minute telephone consultation, where we can talk about the possibility of us working together and likewise discuss any questions you may have.
